Ever since the AP state was bifurcated, there have been many proposals Telugu film industry to shift its base to Vizag city. As Vizag is considered to be the scenic beauty of AP and 'Goa of the East Coast', it was felt that the industry would get shifted to the city. Unfortunately, the AP Government gave no encouragement to the TFI's big shots for the shift.
In the meanwhile, Natasimham Nandamuri Balakrishna made some interesting comments on TFI's shift to AP at media point of AP Assembly, yesterday. The Natasimham said, "The AP Government has the proposals to get TFI shifted to Amaravati. No formidable decision has taken yet."
Cine analysts are of the opinion that there would be no takers for the proposals of the AP Government. "Amaravati is one of the heat zones of AP and is confined for the living of TDP leaders and some employees. How can TFI gets shifted leaving a paradise like Hyderabad?" A million dollar question from a movie buff. "But then one day or the other, TDP's dream of industry's shift to Amaravati would come true," hoped a TDP's activist.
