With just six days left for its release, Power Star Pawan Kalyan's 'Katamarayudu' has got low key buzz which, obviously, may worry the makers. Except Pawan Kalyan and Shruti Haasan to some extent, nothing looks great on the film. As the film happens to be a remake flick, expectations will be slashed considerably. Various other factors also do not match for Pawan Kalyan's range. Of course, the film is registering speed advance fulls in all main theaters indicating the stamina of the Power Star.
Analysts, however, are of the opinion that low expectations on 'Katamarayudu' may turn as a big boon for the film's success. Usually, less hype on films does a greater damage for class entertainers. Below par openings of 'Teenmaar' was due to less hype on the film and showed its adverse effect on film's fate.
In contrast, many mass and commercial entertainers misfired at the ticket windows miserably owing to over expectations. Pawan Kalyan's 'Balu', 'Bangaram' etc couldn't score big hits due to high expectations on those films.
But then, 'Katamarayudu' has been made an action, family and romantic entertainer which also marks the Power Star's powerful heroism. Since audience and fans watch the film with not many expectations, even average talk alone makes the film getting record collections. It remains to be seen how well these assumptions are proved right.
