Pune and Detroit-based IT services firm e-Zest Solutions said it has acquired Silicon Valley-based SmarterMe, a machine learning powered personal sales assistant. The company did not disclose the valuation of the deal, but said it was an all cash transaction.

“SmarterMe is a strategic fit as it aligns perfectly with e-Zest's mission 2020 of becoming a premium digital transformation leader and substantiates its line of offerings to customers across the globe,“ said Devendra Deshmukh, CEO, eZest Solutions.
